Analysis On The Countermeasures To Get Rid Of Poverty In The Poor Mountain Area

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China's socialist construction has entered a new stage of development.It is hard to fight against poverty and we must resolutely win.We must ensure that all poor people will be lifted out of poverty by 2020,and all poverty-stricken counties will be removed.The problem of regional overall poverty is truly getting rid of poverty and really getting rid of poverty.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China blew the horn of the charge for China's precise poverty alleviation and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.After poverty alleviation and development entered the crucial stage,under the leadership of General Secretary Xi,China has formed a new poverty alleviation strategy and strategy,namely,precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation,and gradually established and improved the poverty alleviation system,and achieved great achievements in poverty alleviation.But we should also realize that there are only two years left between now and 2020.From decisive progress to full victory,we still face many difficulties and challenges.This paper takes L township in the poverty-stricken mountainous area of Anyang City,Henan Province as the research object,and combines the characteristics of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken mountainous areas in China,selects 8 poverty-stricken villages in L Township for on-the-spot investigation and research,and obtains a large amount of first-hand information.After analyzing and analyzing the survey data,it reveals L Township has to complete many difficulties in the overall poverty alleviation task.For example: rural infrastructure is backward,lack of modernization awareness;labor migration,poverty alleviation lacks human capital;insufficient industrial poverty alleviation,weak poverty alleviation;poor poverty alleviation,low utilization efficiency;According to the problem,the causes of the dilemma are analyzed: the location is remote,the traffic is blocked;the industrial structure is irrational,the characteristic industry is not competitive;the peasant education level is low,the concept is backward,affecting the persistence of poverty alleviation;There are deviations in the concept of precision poverty alleviation.Finally,some suggestions for effectively solving the problem are put forward,for example,speeding up the construction of public utilities,creating a favorable environment for poverty alleviation and development;adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure,focusing on the development of secondary and tertiary industries;strengthening education and skills training,and improving the overall quality of farmers;Investing in poverty alleviation funds to improve the efficiency of capital use;mobilizing society to participate in poverty alleviation and increasing the income of the poor.The purpose of this paper is to study the practical dilemma of L-precision poverty alleviation practice,and propose solutions to promote the efficient poverty alleviation work of L Township,accelerate the pace of poverty alleviation in the region,and finally promote the better and faster development of L townships.
