Research On Targeted Tourism Poverity Alleviation Based On The Taihang Mountain Area

Poverty is a social problem which needs to be concerned and solved by the current wo rld,and it is also a major issue that the Chinese government is sparing no effort to solve.Wi th the rapid development of tourism,the role of tourism in promoting economic developme nt and getting ride of poverty in poor areas is becoming more and more prominent,and it is gradually considered to be the best way to get rid of poverty.Pingshun county,Wuxiang co unty and Huguan county are the national-level poverty-stricken counties,but in recent years,because the government excessively emphasizes the effect of pro-poor tourism on promoti ng local economic development in the practice of pro-poor tourism for a long time and igno res the income of the poor population,the goal of pro-poor tourism deviates and the precisi on of pro-poor tourism is lower.Therefore,the tourism poverty alleviation work went into a"bottleneck".Under the background that the country put forward the implementation of tak ing targeted measures in poverty alleviation,how to apply the concept of taking targeted me asures in poverty alleviation to the practice of tourism poverty alleviation and realize the go al of "alleviating real poverty" and "really alleviating poverty" of pro-poor tourism in three counties becomes particularly important.The purpose of this study is to find out more targeted tourism poverty alleviation path through expounding the situation of tourism poverty alleviation in three different areas.Bas ed on this,starting from the perspective of natural conditions of different regions,this thesis made a comparative analysis on the changes of tourism resources in Pingshun county,Wux iang county and Huguan county before and after taking targeted measures in poverty allevia tion,made an targeted identification for the poverty-stricken families in surrounding village s around the major scenic spots within the county,tried to analyze the change of their life b efore and after taking the targeted measures in poverty alleviation of tourism and the obstac les of taking the targeted measures in poverty alleviation of tourism,then explored and help ed aiming at the existing problems,support,and then summarized the suggestions for the s ustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation which are suitable for the characteris tics of the three counties.In this paper,the first chapter mainly introduced the research background,research sig nificance,domestic and foreign literature review,research ideas,content,research methods and possible innovations and limitations.The second chapter introduced the concept and b asic theory of poverty,tourism poverty alleviation and taking the targeted measures in pove rty alleviation.The relevant theories of tourism poverty alleviation are mainly the research on participants of tourism poverty alleviation,participation theory of community residents,income distribution theory,the practice of targeted poverty alleviation of foreign tourism,c omparative advantage theory,etc.The third chapter analyzed the present situation of the ta rgeted poverty alleviation of tourism in three counties,including the feasibility analysis,tar geted identification object,targeted support and targeted management of the targeted povert y alleviation of tourism.The fourth chapter made an investigation and analysis on the tour ism of three counties and the villagers nearby the main scenic spots,and the investigation c ontent is the economic conditions before and after taking the targeted measures in poverty a lleviation of tourism,the understanding degree of targeted poverty alleviation policy of tour ism,the recognition degree of tourism development,intentions and obstacles of participate i n the tourism poverty alleviation,and the cognitive situation of the economic impact,envir onmental impact and social impact on the tourism poverty alleviation.The fifth chapter pu t forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the villagers' pa rticipation obstacles,and aroused the enthusiasm of villagers' participation,so as to improv e the precision of tourism poverty alleviation.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which ai ms to sum up the basic content and viewpoints of this research.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which aims to sum up the basic content and viewp oints of this research.
