YX printing company is a small and medium-sized private enterprises and professional engaged in the financial industry,insurance industry,logistics industry bill printing business.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,as well as the tide of coastal industrial transfer,production staff have a high turnover rate,It increases the number of the company's operating costs,severely weakened the customer satisfaction,adverse effects and long-term development of the company.Through analyzes the present situation of the loss of YX printing company employees,find out the company's problems in the production staff management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.The main content of this paper consists of six chapters.The first is the research background,purpose and significance,the main research contents,research methods;secondly,expound the domestic and foreign research related theory of employee turnover,and detailed description the theoretical model of employee turnover of current;and then introduced the YX printing company and the printing industry status,production staff current situation and loss of production staff situation,pointed out the adverse effects of the loss of production staff;then,through the survey questionnaire,inductive staffs loss causes,find that social factors,enterprise factors,personal factors are the main cause of production staff's turnover;due to social factors,personal factors of production employee turnover is difficult to control,so then starting from YX printing company itself,analysis of the existing production of staff management in YX printing company detailed;then,based on the problems of YX company,points out the countermeasures to deal with production employee turnover:establish human resource management,improve staff management,carry out vocational training,build competitive salary system,implement flexible management,realize the humanities concern?Balance production plan,as far as possible to reduce overtime?build workers leave management system;the last part of the paper,summary of the thesis,and analyze the measure implementation effect and problems still need to further solve.Put the measures into practice will gradually improve the situation of production staff turnover,improve production efficiency,promote the implementation of the company strategy,and will has a vital significance to enhance the management level of the company.
