Study Of Rural Infrastructure Under Financial Support

Rural infrastructure is the material foundation for improving the production and living standards of farmers,which is of vital interest to farmers.Strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure is an important part of rural economic and social development.It is also an important task for the state to implement the rural revitalization strategy.At present,the rural infrastructure construction in our country is backward compared with the developed countries,and the development between different regions of the country is not balanced.Therefore,it is a matter of vital interest to farmers that governments at all levels should pay more attention to rural infrastructure construction,establish and improve relevant institutional mechanisms,increase financial support and better promote rural economic and social development.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that priority should be given to the development of agricultural rural areas and that institutional mechanisms and policy systems for integrated urban and rural development should be established and improved in accordance with the general requirements of a prosperous industry,a prosperous life,an ecologically livable life and a rural culture,so as to speed up the modernization of rural agriculture.Based on the theory of public goods and market failure,this paper uses the combination of literature and practice,empirical analysis and normative analysis,statistical description and image analysis to carry out research on rural infrastructure under financial support.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of rural infrastructure are clarified and theoretical analysis of rural infrastructure construction is carried out;Secondly,from the development course and present situation of rural infrastructure construction in F city,the paper analyzes the existing problems in rural infrastructure construction and the reasons for them.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen the rural infrastructure construction.Through studying the construction of rural infrastructure under financial support,the paper finds out the problems and reasons that restrict the construction of rural infrastructure,thus providing theoretical basis for increasing capital input,optimizing investment structure and improving the efficiency of capital use,promoting the rapid development of rural infrastructure and improving the production and living standards of farmers.
