A Study On The Reconstruction Of Zhengzhou Villages With Perspective In Structural Functionalism

The village is a special product of our unique dual system,and also is a special phenomenon in the process of rapid urbanization.Recent years,with the development process of urbanization,the demolition’s problem of the villages gradually surfaced,it became a discordant note of the urban development,and also hindered the development of the city.The work of village’s demolition is complex and inescapable,it related many problems,such as land ownership, household, property rights, land acquisition and resettlement compensation,simultaneously,the work of village’s demolition is also a test of the government’s administrative capacity, urban planning capacity and social management.By studying and learn from the experience and theoretical of demolition and renovation of villages, i done the detailed and systematic research with the problems of reconstruction of the Village of Zhengzhou City.First, i explained the concept and causes of villages,at the same time,i had a further exploration of the existing problems and difficulties,finally,the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures, solve paths, and its feasibility analysis.
