Study On The Evaluation Of Logistics Service Level For College Students

In 25 th February of 2009,the Chinese government regarded the logistics industry as an important measure to restore economic and designated it as one of the top ten industry revitalization plans.In recent years,college teachers and students have gradually grown into one of the main online shopping power.the total number of college students in China was more than 35 million in 2017,College students have became a more large number of consumer groups,especially on the consumption of online shopping,which has definitely become the mainstream online consumer group.The annual logistics per college students used is much higher than that of per person in China,but there are many problems exist in logistics service.Especially the terminal part of the whole online shopping.Therefore,the establishment of a logistics service quality evaluation index system based on SERVPERF model and the establishment of evaluation model have strong scientific and practical significance on how to improve the quality management of the campus logistics service.Firstly,this dissertation through a large number of reading relevant to service quality,logistics service quality and the quality of the campus logistics service,then through qualitative interviews to find the main problems of the current campus logistics,to establish an index system according to the reading and the interview above.Secondly,to do the empirical research to the campus students,then to analyse the data collected,and then the evaluation index system is modified by the exploratory factor analysis method,so the improved evaluation index system has been obtained.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the improved evaluation index system,established the evaluation model of campus logistics service quality.Using AMOS17.0 software to fit the model.Then the model is continuously improved.Finally,the suitability of the model and the data is reached to the ideal degree,and the effectiveness of the evaluation index system is verified.This research has combined theoretical research and empirical research.It will provide new exploration for the improvement of the theoretical system of campus logistics service quality.
