This paper takes the marketing strategy of “Mobile Phone Business Hall” APP of Y Telecom Operator HN Branch as the research object.Y Communication Group is the largest telecom operator in China.As a provincial-level company,HN Branch has18 municipal-level companies with more than 40,000 employees and 46,216 channels of various types.Many business indicators maintain a leading position in the industry."Mobile Phone Business Hall" is a tool APP designed and developed independently by HN Branch.The company has high hopes for improving customer satisfaction and reducing operating costs.However,in the marketing process,it is not satisfactory,and the problems of slow APP promotion and low frequency of customers are coming one after another.How to improve the customer acceptance of the "mobile phone business hall" and more effective and efficient marketing promotion?
