| Study of the subject originates from the planning program the Tourism Characteristic Town of ancient riverbed of the Yellow River in Xiajin County.The author takes responsibility for part research work.In the course of establishing Xiajin County's tourism characteristic town,the author summarizes and redesigns the whole resources in the light of the tourism resources of the ancient riverbed of the Yellow River,which involves the knowledge and comprehensive utilization in different fields such as geography,society,politics and economy.In the research process of the project,the author realized the importance of excavating,shaping and Constructing Characteristics in the construction of characteristic towns,and also deeply understood the particularity of the construction planning process of tourist characteristic towns.The background of this subject lies on three dimensions as followings,first beneath the current economic environment;the government has accelerated the process of urbanization.In the process of carrying forward urbanization,we are faced with problems that cities are heavily homogenized and the culture gets lost and so on,and it is very urgent to solve these problems.The second is that “Notice of developing Characteristic Town” was promulgated in July 2016 by the three ministries,and every province was responding immediately.In September 2016,Shandong Provinces introduced implementation plans of Characteristic Town.The concept of Characteristic Towns has been popular among the globe since 2016,within which tourism industry is one necessary involved in the construction of each Characteristic Town.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper first chooses Xiajin County as a case study and makes in-depth field investigation,makes statistical analysis of its resource endowment,analyzes its construction conditions and makes suitability evaluation,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the construction of Xiajin County to provide rich resources for the development of investors.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper first selects the characteristic town of the Yellow River in Xiajin County as a case study,quantitatively analyzes its resource endowment,builds a construction condition evaluation index system,and then analyzes and evaluates the construction conditions,focusing on creating plans.Conceptual design,and propose creation measures and recommendations to provide operational opinions for the development of investment entities.The study of this subject takes methods as follows: first research the plan and the building methods of Characteristic Town,within which the related concepts,theory basis and policies,the foundation principle of building Characteristic Town,the structure of Characteristic Town,the planning and construction pattern of Characteristic Town,running of Characteristic Town and requirements for Characteristic Town of Shandong Province,are combined;Based on the location conditions of Xiajin County,the geographical characteristics of the Yellow River are summarized and analyzed,and the data collection of Xiajin County's resource endowment conditions and industrial characteristics is carried out.Field investigations are conducted,and first-hand information is collected and collected and summarized.Then,the suitability of the characteristic town is evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the development status of the characteristic town is analyzed and evaluated comprehensively according to the evaluation index,which provides guidance for the comprehensive development of the characteristic town.Through the above research methods,this paper explores and studies the creation planning of Xiajin County's tourism characteristic towns,and at the same time extracts the research method of the creation planning scheme for the characteristic towns with the same kind of tourism as the leading industry along the old road of the Yellow River,which can be other smallTown creation provides reference. |
