With the wide use of telephone,telemarketing has become an important channel for the development of insurance companies.Data management plays a key role in improving the performance of telemarketing channels.The database is the advanced stage of data management.In China,application of database on marketing still remains the early stage and has a huge potential.In fact,the insurance telemarketing is a significant part of database marketing.The telemarketing of T Life Insurance Company has the problem of decreasing data management efficiency.Under the above background,it is necessary to study the data management in telemarketing of T Life Insurance Company in order to find the deep-seated problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper takes the telemarketing center of T Life Insurance Company as an example to study the data management in life insurance telemarketing.The main contents of this paper include the following six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and explains the purpose and significance of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,introducing related theories on telemarketing methods and management,data management and database marketing.The third chapter is the introduction of T Life Insurance Company and its data management overview.This chapter mainly introduces T Life Insurance Company and its management culture as well as Tianjin telemarketing center and the status of its data management.The fourth chapter is an analysis of data management in telemarketing.Taking the telemarketing center of T Life Insurance Company as an example,the author makes analyses from the perspective of the data management,customer,product,and data usage and then further analyzes the telemarketing strategies based on data management,as well as finds the problems in T Life Insurance Company's telemarketing center.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the problems found in the fourth chapter,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth chapter is a summary.Summary of the research is made and future research direction is discussed in this chapter.The study in this paper enriches theoretical researches on data management and database marketing in insurance telemarketing and can provide theoretical guidance for T Life Insurance Company to improve the level of data management and the performance of telemarketing.There also has a certain reference value for other insurance companies and other industries to conduct effective data management and improve the performance of telemarketing.
