As the economy of China has entered a new normal,insurance industry has competed intensively.many enterprises choose optimizing Telemarketing channels to meet with competitive market better.so the performance management of telemarketing center is studied by more people.the performance management of JN telemarketing center is a typical of Telemarketing channels in our insurance industry.researching on the performance management system of JN telemarketing center not only can provide improvement advice for JN telemarketing center but also can provide theoretical basis for any other insurance company.this research has positive theoretical value and practical significance.This paper not only briefly introduce the beneficial experience of using KPI assessment technology in performance management of JN telemarketing center but also main research the problem in performance management of JN telemarketing center.then the author find the two problems,the first problem is the performance management of JN telemarketing center lose sight of the strategic goal of company,the second problem is single assessment technology.the author analysis the two problems and put forward three proposals to making it better.the first method is constructing a performance management which is based on quality assessment;the second method is combining the first method with KPI assessment technology;the thirdly method is combining the first method with the human resource management of company.in this way,JN telemarketing center can get a more perfect performance management system.
