Study On The Supervisions And Countermeasures Of Food Processing Workshop In Yongjia

With the improvement of people's living standard,people pay more and more attention to the safety of food.In recent years,food safety incidents continue to disclose news media,let people on the current situation of food safety is deeply concerned,Most of the small food processing workshops in Yongjia County are located in the rural and urban-rural areas,the production conditions are relatively simple,the production environment is worrying,and it is a difficult point for food safety supervision.The characteristics of small food processing workshops and the characteristics of food safety supervision in Yongjia County determine that Yongjia County food processing workshops will remain in a state of relatively large potential safety hazards for a long period of time.This paper takes Yongjia County of Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province as an example,takes safety supervision of food processing workshops in Yongjia County as the research object,and systematically analyzes the present situation of food safety supervision in small food processing workshops in Yongjia County through questionnaires,comparative studies,and literature analysis.And the existing problems,through a comparison of domestic and foreign advanced food safety supervision experience,put forward a series of measures to strengthen supervision.
