Study On The Layout Scale Of Handan International Land Port Logistics Park

Logistics industry,as the foundation and strategy of the national economy,is a rising industry in recent years.Because of its basic,high permeability,service and comprehensive characteristics,it has multiple impacts on urban economic development.Most cities in China have taken the development of modern logistics industry as the important content of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,and regarded logistics industry as the basic premise to promote the development of modern service industry in cities.Building an international land port city is an inevitable requirement for Handan's economic construction and social development reform to enter the deepwater area and accelerate the transformation of urban development.With the rapid development of the national logistics industry and the rapid promotion of the status of modern logistics industry,and in recent years,the development trend of logistics industry has also showed obvious intensive trend.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction scale of Logistics Park for realizing the intensive use of logistics land and promoting the intensive and efficient development of logistics industry.This paper systematically studies the scale of Handan International Land Port Logistics Park.The main achievements are as follows:(1)By referring to the case of logistics industry,this paper analyzes the relevant research and practice of logistics park development planning at home and abroad,discusses the main problems of Logistics Park planning theory and planning,and combs out the main steps to determine the scale of logistics park construction.(2)On the basis of SWOT analysis of Handan International Continental Port Logistics Park,this paper expounds the influencing factors of the construction scale of the logistics park,puts forward a model to determine the construction scale of the logistics park based on the multi-attribute group decision theory,and estimates the construction scale of Handan International Continental Port Logistics Park.(3)According to the general layout,plot division and traffic construction,the development planning countermeasures of Handan international continental port Logistics Park are proposed.
