Logistics can effectively promote the region’s economic development. To adapt the faster development of the logistics industry region and satisfy the need for the adjustment of the industrial structure, supporting the regulation and development of other industry, furthermore to lay foundations for the transformation of the economic growth mode L.P.(short for Logistics Park) is an important part of Logistics instrument, it can be the important support and vector of the development of logistics. On the base of the circumvent of Ningxia, It is very useful and important for the development of Ningxia to do the layout of L.P.In view of this, this thesis do a large number of data collection and method analysis, It do some research at the following aspects of Ningxia logistics park layout plan to conduct systematic research and in-depth exploration.(1) The Prediction of Freight Volume In the "Twelfth Five-year"This thesis select the appropriate forecasting method and complete forecast, Considering single defect prediction models, this thesis use an new method to do combination prediction, selects the right combination of predictive models and finish the prediction of Ningxia freight volume in the "Twelfth Five-year"(2) The Location of the Logistics Park in NingxiaBased on the prediction of Ningxia freight volume, this thesis give the demand number of L.P, Considering the number of logistics volume of every region it gives the number of L.P of every region, on the base of layout of industry the thesis give the distribution of L.P.This thesis also give the model of demand potential energy. After the distance, parameter and influence range, the thesis give every demand potential energy of every site,select the most suitable site and give the distribution of L.P(3) The Scale of the Logistics ParkConsidering the number abroad the thesis analysis the economic situation and forecast the development of Ningxia, then use a formula to calculate the scale of L.P. in every region. Then according to the GDP,gives the scale of every L.P.
