With the rapid development of China's international logistics industry,the good development of land port logistics has also been valued by the industry and government departments,especially with the opening of the China Railway Express to effectively promote the further development of land port logistics.However,since most of the land ports are mainly exported,this has resulted in higher return costs for the trains.As an important part of China's imported goods,wood is 80%dependent on imports,but the logistics channel is not smooth and the cycle is long.Therefore,it is appropriate to use wood as a China Railway Express import cargo.Changsha's wood enterprises are numerous and its geographical position is superior,which makes it have the advantage of establishing a land port wood logistics base.The layout planning is a key topic in the construction of logistics bases.Based on this,this paper combines the actual situation of Changsha International land port wood logistics base planning and construction,and studies and discusses the layout planning of wood logistics base.In order to make the content more concise,this paper will explain the key content from the following three aspects.Firstly,it systematically discusses the connotation of logistics base layout planning,and analyzes the necessity and significance of building logistics base,and then defines the type of wood logistics base.Finally,the principle of logistics base layout planning is put forward and the main contents of logistics base layout planning are summarized.Then,through the specific analysis of the economic development of the hinterland and the specific wood industry conditions,based on the combined forecasting method,the demand for the hinterland wood of Changsha International Land Port Wood Logistics Base is predicted.Firstly,through the comparison and analysis of relevant forecasting methods,the choice is made.Based on the combined forecasting method,the demand for the hinterland wood of Changsha International Land Port Wood Logistics Base is predicted.Firstly,the gray forecast model is used to predict the demand for wood,and then the pull coefficient time series method is used to predict and finally complete wood demand forecast for the Changsha International Land Port Logistics Base.Finally,summarize the various methods,functional systems and functional zone models for the functional positioning of logistics bases,and combine the forecast of wood demand with the characteristics of the wood industry in the hinterland of Changsha International Land Port,and then according to the requirements for the service requirements of Changsha International Land Port Wood.The base service function is generally positioned to build a functional zone system for Changsha International Land Port Wood Base.Finally,the area estimation of the functional area of Changsha International Land Port Wood Logistics Base was carried out.Then the classical system layout design(SLP)method has been improved by adding constraints.Finally,the improved system layout design(SLP)method is used to plan the internal functional area of the wood logistics base,and finally the layout of Changsha international land port wood logistics base is formed.
