The Improvement On The Producing Process System For XX Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

Manufacturing industry is the primary part of the national economy,and it is the mainstay and basement for China,too.With rapid development of information and communication technology,promoting integration of informatization and industry has become the trend,and advocating companies more informational and intelligent.Manufacturing and management of companies will be improved,cost will be reduced,time of response for requirement of markets will be cut down,and competitive strength of companies will be strengthen with integration of informatization and industry.In this paper,we analysis a company manufacturing electromechanical equipment.We start our research with analyzing the flow of planning and scheduling flows,and focus the improving the flows.Some unnecessary flows were removed,flowing and sharing of business data had become more smoothen and close.According to the general requirement of sharing information,close cooperation,enhancing management level of workshop planning and scheduling system,the planning and scheduling flows were more improved.Based on these flows,new workshop planning and scheduling framework was designed and developed,and an improved workshop planning and scheduling system was provided to managers of the enterprise.In designing and developing the planning and scheduling system,an information model was modeled with IDEF1.X method,and interface models were used to describe data interaction between planning and scheduling system and other management systems in order to reduce cost,and enhance efficiency of operations for the company.In this paper,our research may be useful to improve management level of the company.On the other hand,the procedure of designing and development may be worthy to other companies with same manufacturing type.
