The mechanical manufacturing industrial is the technical equipment department of national economy and one of the most important industrial. But at the same time in the operative course of the producing system which put producing resources into product, the mechanical manufacturing industrial enterprise consumes much limited resources and makes serious environmental pollution. The enterprise need to strengthen the green attribute management in the aspect of system innovation, organization establishment and producing green attribute forewarning mechanism, in order to implement the green attribute management system in the operative process of the producing system in the mechanical manufacturing enterprise.
