Research On The Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of City Logistics Competitiveness Of Liaoning Province Based On Entropy Weight And TOPSIS Method

In recent years,the economic development of Liaoning province has entered a new normal and existence the oversupply.It is in the critical period of adjustment of industrial structure and social transformation.At the same time,the national The Belt and Road,Chinese(Liaoning)free trade zone,the development strategy of revitalize the northeast bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of LiaoNing province.Logistics has become the third profit source after raw materials and labor.City is the key nodes and important carriers for the development of logistics industry.As a service industry of comprehensive,developing the logistics industry to improve the proportion and status of the third industry in the national economy and pulling the development and promote of related industries such as fixed assets investment,catering industry,wholesale and retail industry,information industry,and so on.Adjust and optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,have a great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy,Logistics competitiveness has become a key part of city competitiveness.The research on the competitiveness of Liaoning's city logistics have a great practical significance.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related theories of urban logistics and competitiveness of urban logistics.Regard Logistics industry of 14 major cities in Liaoning as the research object,this paper analyzes the development status of the urban logistics industry in Liaoning Province,and constructs index rating system of five influencing factors and the comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight TOPSIS combination rating model,which include the basis of the urban logistics economy and the supply and demand situation of the city in logistics market,the level of logistics infrastructure and urban logistics information development,the urban logistics talents and the environmental competitiveness and so on.The competitiveness of Liaoning city logistics is analyzed,and then to the evaluation score of various major factors conduct cluster analysis so that to explor the competitiveness of logistics of Liaoning province use SPSS softward,in order to find out the problems of Liaoning's urban logistics competitiveness,and put forward specific suggestions for the improvement and development of Liaoning's urban logistics competitiveness.
