Research On City Logistics Competitiveness Of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration Based On Entropy Weight TOPSIS Model

In recent years,with the emergence of new economy and the wide application of new technology,China’s modern logistics industry has been rapid development.As an important part of the city system,city logistics is the carrier of trade between cities and within cities,and it’s an important driving force to promote the development of cities and even regional economy.Zhongyuan urban agglomeration located in the central and eastern part of China,which is an important hub and core area for the central region to undertake the industrial transfer of the developed countries and the eastern part of China and the export of resources in the western region,it becomes the core economic zone of the New Asia Europe bridge corridor in the context of " The Belt and Road Initiative".Therefore,it has a profound significance to analyze the differences of logistics competitiveness among the cities in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration and to understand its logistics development status in depth.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research on urban logistics and urban logistics competitiveness,and on this basis,extracts the relevant factors affecting the competitiveness of urban logistics.Secondly,taking 30 prefecture-level cities in 5 provinces of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as the research object,constructs an evaluation system of city logistics competitiveness,which consists of four first-level indicators,namely,the level of city economic development,logistics operation capability,logistics demand scale,information talent environment and 19 second-level indicators.Thirdly,through MATLAB software,this paper makes an empirical analysis of urban logistics competitiveness by using the combination of entropy weight method and TOPSIS method,and gives the ranking of individual and overall logistics competitiveness scores and time evolution analysis of the cities in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.The results show that the logistics competitiveness of Zhengzhou is very strong,and followed by Luoyang,Handan,Liaocheng,Nanyang,Heze,while Jincheng,Jiyuan,Hebi and other cities are weak in logistics competitiveness,the overall development pattern is "less strong,more weak" and multi-gradient.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and the development problems faced by Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,a series of countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of city logistics are put forward.
