| With the increasingly fierce global competition of enterprises,logistics has become an indispensable component for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.However,many companies still have the drawbacks of "Emphasis production and slight logistics".In order to improve this situation,this paper analyzes in detail the problems and causes of the logistics model of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.with the relevant theories of logistics management,the enterprise's own situation and the requests of ERP system to logistics management,the article proposes improvement suggestions to the logistics management model of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.This article discusses the logistics management model of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.from three aspects.First of all,the production characteristics of automobile manufacturing industry and the characteristics of logistics management of automobile assembly and the general problems and reasons of logistics management in automobile assembly companies are analyzed.Secondly,according to the requirements of ERP system,the article discusses the characteristics of logistics management under ERP,and the overall optimization of logistics management model of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing-Co.,Ltd.in the ERP environment.Finally,with the logistics requirements of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.and the latest concepts and technologies of modern logistics management,the supply logistics model,production logistics model,and sales logistics model of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.are proposed.Suggestions for improvement,as an improvement project of the logistics management model in Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.'s ERP system implementation project,this proposal will be included in the implementation of the ERP system of Liaoning Shanqi Jinxi Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. |
