The Study On The Operation Problems And Countermeasures Of Haikou PQ Old-age Care Center

With the strategic development of Hainan international tourism island,the pension industry has developed in recent years in Haikou.The PQ old-age care center is developing rapidly with the largest number of residents and the leading level of service management.Meanwhile,it is also faced with the problems of single pension model,difficult land for the aged,shortage of nursing staff and high risk of nursing,which can not only restrict the development of the PQ old-age care center,but also affect the overall development level of the whole private pension industry in Haikou.Therefore,Therefore,researching and solving the operation problems of the PQ old-age care center not only has practical theoretical guidance for improving the operation and development of the institution,but also has positive significance for the development of the pension industry in Haikou region and even the whole Hainan province.Firstly,through interviews,questionnaires,data analysis and other research methods,this paper summarizes four main problems existing in the operation of the PQ old-age care at present,which include single service mode for the aged,rigid service concept;difficult land for the aged,inadequate supporting facilities;lack of nursing staff,low professional level of nursing;high-frequency nursing risk,fragile anti-risk ability.Secondly,this paper makes a multi-level analysis of the above-mentioned operation problems of old-age care from four aspects:enterprise itself,government,society and family;and then,find out the root cause of the problem.Thirdly,this paper draws some inspirations for optimizing the management and operation of the PQ old-age care center by summarizing the experience of advanced pension services in the United.States,Japan,Ningbo and.Shanghai.Finally,this paper proposes specific optimization countermeasures and suggestions from enterprise itself,government work and society.The Old-age centers should set up the service concept of people-oriented text,allocate flexible old-age care model,enhance organizational management ability,and construct characteristic cultural old-age service,solve the land problem for the aged in various ways,improve the supporting facilities of institutions,carry out the talent strategy of "going out + introducing in",and establish and improve the risk management mechanism.Government departments should constantly improve the laws and regulations of the old-age pension in the light of the local market,and establish the needs assessment mechanism of the old-age service and the nursing risk management mechanism;improve the training system of talents for the aged,strengthen the construction of social voluntary work and the propaganda work of aging,and to provide institutional guarantee for the standardized development of the private pension market in Haikou..As the medium of information dissemination,the media should stick to fair professional ethics and actively participate in the publicity for the aged.The family,as the solid backing of China's pension cause,should rationally choose the appropriate pension mode in the context of aging.
