Research On The Path Of Cooperative Development Between Agricultural Modernization And New Urbanizantion

The eighteen major reports of the party put forward the requirement of the integration of urban and rural development, which is to adhere to the new industrialization information technology, urbanization, agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, to promote the depth merging of information technology and industrialization, the positive interaction between industrialization and urbanization, mutual coordination between urbanization and agricultural modernization, to promote the simultaneous development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization. By the end of 2014, the number of China’s urban population had reached 749 million; and the urbanization rate was 54.77%. This shows that China’s urbanization process is advancing; urban-rural dual structure is gradually changing. Studying the new urbanization and new agricultural modernization coordinated development path, is not only the key to break the urban-rural dual structure, but also the only way to achieve the overall development of urban and rural areas.Shouguang and Zhucheng as the representative of agricultural industrialization development mode, the development path is not the same. Shouguang is the typical of endogenous type development path, which takes advantage of local agriculture, successfully blazed a road to the development of cities and towns driven by the industrialization of Agriculture, by promoting the escalation of the vegetable industry and the constant enlargement of the market range. Zhucheng is a typical example of the development path, the use of leading enterprises to promote the advantages, gradually formed a "leading enterprises + base / cooperatives + farmers" mode of operation, leading to the farmers’ in situ urbanization. Comparatively studying between these two cities Cooperative development path, we can provide a reference for other areas about how to promote the coordinated development of both.Taking the two cities of Zhucheng and Shouguang as the research object, this paper compares and analyzes the coordinated development path of agricultural modernization and new urbanization in two cities, through the research on the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and new urbanization in two cities. This paper selects new urbanization indicators, such as per capita GDP, urbanization rate, the proportion of tertiary industry, such as and agricultural modernization index such as the proportion of the first industry, grain output, making an empirical analysis of the level of agricultural modernization and new urbanization coordinated development about the two cities, By using principal component analysis and coordination degree model. The results showed that the two cities are showing the coordination of agricultural modernization and new urbanization development from low to high, and constantly optimize the process. At the same time, the analysis found that despite the development paths of the two cities is different, but they can achieve the effect of collaborative development. Finally, according to the empirical analysis results, combined with the theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and new urbanization in two cities, from the aspects of industrial structure, agricultural industrialization, urbanization development, and puts forward some related countermeasures.
