Equity incentive is a kind of long-term incentive mechanism,by granting the operators a stake in the company,the managers and the overall interests of the company together,so that the operators can take the identity of the shareholders to participate in corporate decision-making,profit sharing enterprise surplus so that it reduces the short-sighted behavior from the company's long terms development of management activities.The manager's shareholder status affects the company's strategic planning,and the company's efforts and efforts affect the company's performance.The company's performance affects the stock price,and the change of stock price is directly related to the interests of the operator.On the other hand,the expected effect of equity incentive to the market will also be shown by short-term stock price changes.Therefore,this paper evaluates the effect of equity incentive through the implementation of short-term market reflection and long-term performance after the implementation of equity incentive.In this thesis,case analysis is used to evaluate the effect of equity incentive in Al's ophthalmology.First,based on the analysis of the incentive principle of equity incentive,we define the effect of equity incentive,that is,whether equity incentive can improve the company's operational efficiency,enhance the company's long-term performance and maximize shareholder returns.Then,from the four aspects of financial performance,internal operation,market situation and talent management,the equity incentive evaluation system is established,and the specific evaluation indicators are selected according to the established evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effect of equity incentive.Then,a comparative analysis of previous equity incentive scheme of Ireland Eye extremely characteristic,short term effect analysis of Ireland Eye equity incentive by using event study method,evaluation system based on equity,the long-term effect of transverse and longitudinal analysis of Ireland Eye equity incentive.Finally,the conclusion is that the sound cycle of equity incentive in Al's ophthalmology has been built.And based on the advantages and disadvantages of El eye equity incentive,it puts forward some suggestions and points out its application value.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Analysis of the research background and significance,summarizes the research results about equity incentive from academia,equity incentive and corporate performance related theory,relevance,effectiveness criteria and factors affecting the implementation of the four aspects of the literature review,and a brief review.The second chapter is related to the theory of equity incentive.First,it expounds the related theories of equity incentive: the principal-agent theory,the human capital theory and the incentive theory.Then the connotation of equity incentive and the principle of action are analyzed.Lastly,it establishes the evaluation system of equity incentive effect.First,the principle of evaluation system is analyzed.Two,the evaluation method of this paper is introduced.Three,the evaluation system of equity incentive effect is established from two aspects of short term and long term.The third chapter is the analysis of the equity incentive scheme of El ophthalmology.First of all,the case background is introduced,and the implementation and characteristics of all previous equity incentive schemes in Al's ophthalmology are compared and analyzed.Then,according to the evaluation system of equity incentive effect established in the third chapter,the short-term effect and long-term effect of equity incentive are analyzed.It was found that the first equity option incentive plan of AI eye group had no incentive effect.The two restrictive stock and partner plan played an incentive role and formed a good incentive cycle system.Then,based on the above analysis,we summarize the implementation effect of the equity incentive program of AI Ophthalmology,point out the problems existing in the stock option incentive plan and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the study.This thesis makes a summary of the case study,and points out the application value of the equity incentive scheme in El ophthalmology.The main contributions of this thesis are: starting from the principle of equity incentive,we choose four aspects: financial performance,internal operation,market situation,and human resource management to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for long-term effect of equity incentive.Secondly,select the medical services industry has established a long-term incentive system of the company representative short in Ireland Eye as a case,to analyze the features of the previous equity incentive plan and its effect and application value of the equity incentive model in medical service industry,provide some reference for the design of equity incentive programs for other enterprises.
