In recent years,the market share of private hospitals has been continuously improved,and the advantages in market competition are obvious.Due to the rapid development momentum,the demand for medical talent resources in eye hospitals is also very strong.One of the key factors restricting the development of private hospitals is whether they can retain and attract core physicians and hospital management talents.This article takes the private eye hospital Aier Eye Hospital as an example,and analyzes a series of short-,medium-and long-term multi-level incentives,such as stock option incentives,restricted stock incentives and “partners plan” implemented by Aier Eye Hospital to motivate talents.Analyze the content of different incentive programs implemented by Aier Eye Hospital,and analyze the implementation effect of Aier Eye Hospital's multi-level equity incentive plan from three aspects: financial performance,talent incentive effect and R&D innovation ability.This paper takes Aier Eye Hospital's multi-level equity incentive measures as the research object.The research and analysis show that multi-level equity incentives bring positive operational effects and talent incentive effects to the chain expansion of Aier Eye Hospital.The design of the level equity incentives is reasonable and effective.Finally,it puts forward three suggestions for the development of reasonable exercise conditions,the establishment of diversified performance appraisal system,and the combination of equity incentives and personnel posts.
