The Study Of Industrial Clusters' Tacit Knowledge Sharing Based On Social Network Analysis

With the fast development of IT, as the key of knowledge innovation, tacit knowledge affects the progress of industrial cluster's innovation at such an unprecedented speed and scale. Converting tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge can promote the absorption and recreation of industrial cluster knowledge. Therefore, we should seek industrial clusters'tacit knowledge sharing route from several angles, for the knowledge innovation offers premise condition.This paper makes use of integrating theory with practice, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply analysis the industrial clusters'tacit knowledge. In qualitative aspect, it analyzes the construction of multiple conceptual models from the perspective of industrial clusters tacit knowledge structure. In quantitative aspect, it excavates indicators of internal relations of knowledge based on social network analysis, to propose the sharing ways.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, significance, research status, and the article's overall framework and research methods. And it studies the theory of industrial clusters of knowledge, social network analysis theory and application of social network analysis tool. Secondly, it analyzes the constitution of the clusters'tacit knowledge network, the knowledge transformation process of each level and builds the flow process model of tacit knowledge in the industrial clusters from several qualitative aspects. Thirdly, it applies social network analysis to clusters'tacit knowledge sharing and details clusters tacit knowledge sharing model based on the social network analysis through building the four knowledge networks. Finally, it puts the social network analysis into practice through the examples of Quanzhou Nanan industrial clusters. It fully analyzes the Nanan industry clusters'network structure of tacit knowledge. It also presents a variety of optimization measures for benign sharing of Nanan clusters'tacit knowledge based on the results.The main result is to analyze the knowledge structure of industrial clusters using the basic idea of social network analysis, and to explicit tacit knowledge which is hidden inside the body of knowledge through multiple indicators. Then this will provide solutions and strategies for the building of Industrial clusters tacit knowledge system.
