The most immediate and urgent problem of the aging population is the problem of old age,which is more intensive in rural areas.Because of the social transformation,rural old-age problem is more complicated.The heavy endowment has become a main reason,which caused the rural people to lift out of poverty and return to poverty.Therefore,the new model of rural endowment should be based on the present and look at the future,and put forward to meeting the special needs of the rural elderly.In terms of the present endowment model in rural areas of our country,because of the rise of the empty nest rate and the old age rate,the dilution of filial piety,the shift of family axis and the inter-generational tilt,so on,the traditional intergenerational endowment is facing serious challenges.The limitation of the development level of “the old before rich “and the restriction of the urban and rural dual structure,the rural people have not been included in the scope of the social security,the new agricultural insurance that just started the trial is still in the exploratory stage,so it cannot fully serve as the burden of rural endowment.How to solve the old-age problem of the rural elderly has become an urgent task.Based on the analysis of the existing retirement styles in rural areas of our province,this paper points out that the traditional family intergenerational pension function is weakening,the social mutual economic pension level is low,the quality of the community service-oriented home is low,it is difficult to realize the personal pension.At the same time,this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of developing rural mutual and cooperative endowment pattern in our province.Through visits and the collection of dates,the basic situation of the old in the mutual and cooperative apartment was understood,both the living conditions of old people in apartment and the will of old the old were analyzed and sorted out.IN order to respond to the policy of "production and development,rich living,clean and tidy living and Democratic management of thevillage",the villagers committee explore the rural endowment model and attempt to build a new socialist countryside.Not only has this model inherited the Chinese tradition of respecting the elderly,but this model also eliminated the worries of the elderly and reduced the burden on their children.It has played an active role in rural old-age pension,but it cannot be denied that it also has some problems in its development,such as shortage of funds,lack of specialized services and low management level.We need to draw on the experience of providing for the elderly in other villagers.Meanwhile,everyone needs to devote to endowment undertakings.
