The Research Of Endowment Pattern In Dalian Rural

The development of the rural endowment can offset the unbalance between the urban residents and rural residents. Good development of the rural endowment can bring benefits to harmonious society. Currently, about 40% of the total population are rural residents in Dalian, so solving the problem of rural endowment residents is significant to reconstructing Dalian harmoniously.Based on the existing related documentation and with the reference of home and abroad practical experience, exploring the way to perfect rural endowment pattern. By analyzing the exchange theory, the citizenship theory, the welfare economic theory and the public goods theory, it's necessary to build Dalian endowment pattern and the government should take responsibility for it.Investigating by questionnaires among the rural residents and summarizing the restrictive factor. Economic conditions(economic income and economic support),personal conditions(age and education level),family conditions(children and marriage),these factors effect the traditional endowment pattern. With the help of SPSS 17.0, we can analyses correlation and get the restrictive factors, such as economic income, health level, disease spending, government incentives and policy implementation. All these factors have influences on the selection of new rural endowment insurance.Based on the empirical analysis, this paper proposes the ideas and principles to perfect Dalian rural endowment pattern. According to the existing problems, proposing some feasible advises, such as improving income, setting up the flexible subsidy mechanism, optimizing function of government, strengthening the effect of policy implementation, and so on. Finally, perfecting legal environment, perfecting rights and interests protection environment, perfecting institutional environment, perfecting competitive environment, all these actions ensure the building of endowment pattern in Dalian rural.
