High-tech SMEs are confronted with great survival and development pressure under the the background that China is facing great pressure of economic downturn and the industry needs to be upgraded,But the new industries and new technologies has also brought many opportunities.So it is very important for the enterprises to generate the right development strategy.This paper studies aHigh-tech SME-D company as a typical case of the new energy automotive industry.The PEST analysis method is used to study the external macro environment of D company.The Potter's Five force Model is used to analyze its industrial environment.The establishment of strategic alliance has also been studied.This paper points out that strategic alliance can bring opportunities and competitive advantages,and slso bing risks and challenges.Through SWOT matrix analysis,four strategic choices of SO,WO,ST and WT are summed up.Finally,through the above analysis,the vision of D company and the long-term,medium and short term strategic objectives are put forward.It is clear that D company should adopt alliance strategy,focus strategy and product development strategy to achieve the goal of development and expansion,At last,it puts forward the concrete safeguard measures.In the conclusion and thinking section,this paper points out that China's economy is facing a new situation of upgrading and transformation.The state and local governments give a lot of policy support to the High-tech SMEs.High-tech SMEs need to strengthen strategic awareness,formulate and implement a reasonable strategic development plan.It can go further away in such a fierce competition.
