Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Food Safety Supervision Of Online Catering Service In C District Of L City

In recent years,the rapid rise of online catering services has brought great convenience to people’s lives.Compared with the traditional catering service mode,it has greater virtuality,spontaneity and information asymmetry,and there are more hidden dangers of food safety,threatening people’s health.How to improve the level of supervision,ensure the food safety of online catering services and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry needs our high attention and in-depth research.At present,the research on the food safety supervision of online catering services is mainly concentrated in the first and second tier cities with relatively developed economies.However,the research on the economically backward areas is not rich enough,but these areas are precisely the areas with relatively weak online catering service supervision and great potential food safety hazards.In view of this,this paper selects District C of L City,a relatively backward area in the northwest of Shandong Province,as the research object,in order to provide reference for other similar areas.This paper uses the literature analysis method to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.Through interviews with regulators and online catering service providers,it is learned that the market supervision bureau of district C of L City has attached great importance to the online catering food safety supervision in recent years.Through special supervision and inspection,supervision and sampling inspection,etc.,the online catering business behavior has been standardized.In particular,in recent years,the intelligent supervision system for online food ordering has been introduced to access the third-party platform,dynamically capture the illegal behaviors of online restaurants,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of supervision,timely discover the hidden dangers of online food safety,and ensure the safety of online food.However,through interviews and field visits,it is found that there are still some problems in the supervision of this field that can not be ignored.The supervision of information publicity,raw material control,processing and production,and distribution is not in place,and the overall supervision quality and efficiency is not high.Based on the information asymmetry theory,government regulation theory and collaborative governance theory,the author concludes that the main reasons for these problems are: weak regulatory power,lagging regulatory means,inadequate regulatory informatization,inadequate implementation of the responsibilities of regulatory objects,and insufficient participation in social supervision.In view of the problems existing in the food safety supervision of online catering services in C District of L City and their causes,and in combination with the actual situation of the supervision work in C District of L City,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the food safety supervision of online catering services in this region: first,build a high-quality professional supervision team,select and strengthen the supervision team,strengthen training,and enrich the grass-roots supervision force.The second is to innovate supervision methods and vigorously promote the "sunshine kitchen" and "food safety seal".Third,consolidate the foundation of information construction,and pay attention to the supervision of information construction and information publicity.Fourth,comprehensively improve the quality of supervision objects,strengthen the publicity,education,guidance and training of online catering service providers,and compact the responsibility of the third-party platform.Fifth,actively guide multiple subjects to participate in supervision,mobilize consumers’ enthusiasm to participate in supervision,guide Internet industry associations to play a role,and guide the news media to participate in supervision in an orderly manner.
