| With the development of internet technology, the online catering business comes out.The online catering business catches the extensive attention of the public not only because of its affordable price and convenience to shop but also the hidden danger of the food they apply.At the present, there are several issues urgent to be solved in the field of food safety, likewise,the uncertain supervisory targets, the weakness of supervision and the insecurity of consumer rights and interests. Meanwhile, the rational and effective food safety system for online catering business has an important significance in guaranteeing consumer rights and interests,establishing the credibility of supervision department and building the healthy and harmonious network consensus.The research is mainly based on the food safety of Jinzhou new district's online catering business. Firstly, the essay makes use of questionnaire and analysis of the supervision department's law enforcement to explore the supervised situation at the present. Secondly,according to the result of the investment, the essay works out the problems and reasons of the supervision department, the existing supervised system and the ways of supervision. Thirdly,the essay comes up with an improvement project for the food safety supervision of Jinzhou new district's online catering business. Finally, the essay applies countermeasures and suggestions to the food safety supervision of Jinzhou new district's online catering business from four aspects: improvement of local laws and regulations; settlement of supervision departments; regulation of catering business; improvement of the third-party network platform.
