Research On The Implementation Framework And Guarantee Of Industrialization And Informatization Integration In Xiangcheng District Of Suzhou

Throughout the development trend of international informatization,it is an inevitable choice for Xiangcheng district of Suzhou city to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and also an important measure to realize high-quality development to vigorously promote the integration of the two industries and upgrade the integration from the simple application of low added value to the innovation and integration of high added value.Therefore,how to improve the integration framework and safeguard measures of industrialization and informatization is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently for regional development.This paper makes a comprehensive use of literature reading method,comparative research method and case analysis method.Firstly,it clarifies the basic concepts of two-oriented integration.Secondly,it summarizes the practical experience of two-oriented integration at home and abroad,and explains the dynamic mechanism of two-oriented integration and the relationship between industrialization and informatization.Then,based on the analysis of the basic development status quo of Xiangcheng district,this paper analyzes the current phase of Xiangcheng district two-oriented integration planning,and summarizes the implementation effect and existing problems of Xiangcheng district two-oriented integration planning.Furthermore,through SWOT analysis,the implementation framework for the future integration of the two phases of Xiangcheng district was determined,and the evaluation index was established.Finally,combined with the bottleneck of the implementation of the integration framework of urban areas,four feasible safeguard measures are proposed: one is to give full play to the strong guiding role of the district government;Second,give full play to the driving role of the integration of the two standard demonstration enterprises;Third,promote close cooperation between industry,university,research and application and the construction of innovation nodes;Fourth,we will strengthen the building of two-oriented integration talents.In summary,as a new subject,two-oriented integration still lacks a mature theoretical system.Therefore,the in-depth study of the two-oriented integration not only has important theoretical significance,but also has certain practical significance.In this paper,the implementation framework of Xiangcheng District integration is analyzed and discussed,which has strong regional pertinence.Therefore,in future research,we can expand the regional scope and deepen the study of integration mode.
