In recent years,the theory of process management has gradually matured,and has been successfully implemented in many large international enterprises.With the promotion of process management theory and method,there are many enterprises in our country choose to use process management theory and method to promote the standardized management of enterprises.An ideal process management can help companies control risk,reduce costs,optimize resource allocation,improve work efficiency and promote internal management.YW Company in this paper studies is a small and medium-sized state-owned enterprise.Under the new requirements of state-owned enterprise reform and the new situation of market-oriented competition,the lag of YW's internal management has seriously restricted its transformation and development.Specifically,the most prominent problem is the lack of normative management caused by process chaos.In order to improve the current situation,it is necessary to formulate process optimization scheme and to promote the construction of process system and the implementation of process management according to the actual situation.For small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises like YW Company,there is still a gap between their management concept and management level and the requirements of modern enterprises,and thus management reform seems difficult.Moreover,compared with private enterprises,they generally have poor management flexibility while the requirement for the executability of process management is higher.Therefore,concerning the research on process management of YW Company,it is vital to keep the general goal in sight and take hold of the daily tasks.By establishing the process optimization scheme system with strong operability and perform ability,small-scale pilot can be developed from low-cost business areas to demonstrate the positive significance of process optimization on enterprise management and development,further laying a solid foundation for large-scale promotion process management.Taking YW Company as the research object and the integrated services management(personnel management,financial management and administrative management)of interior management as the entry point,this paper first investigates and analyzes the problems of the integrated services management in YW Company currently.In combination with relevant theories,this paper get the ideas into shape and initially constructing the process management system.Taking the process optimization of human resources department as an example,this paper evaluates the effect of process optimization and the promotion effect of process management on internal management.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention to in process management and the safeguard measures that should be taken are summarized.
