Analysis Of Software Outsourcing Industry Of Jiangxi Province

In the 21st century, the software industry has entered the unprecedented integration development stage. Software outsourcing industry is an important part of the software industry. The features of software outsourcing industry are high technic contented, high economic value added and little environmental polluted. The development prospect is good. Increase the quality of service has become the important measure of optimizes economic structure in software outsourcing industry.Software outsourcing industry of Jiangxi Province is relatively backward. The software outsourcing enterprise number was only about 68 in 2010. It was in the bottom fifth row. Software outsourcing business income ranked ninth countdown. How to make full use of its advantageous geographical advantage and traffic advantage, and take effective strategy to promote the rapid development of software outsourcing industry is a realistic subject.This paper used contrastive analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. It was a comprehensive analysis of the present environmental situation of the software outsourcing industry in Jiangxi Province. With a SWOT matrix, it enumerated all 14 significant factors which would influence Jiangxi software outscourcing industry very much. All the 14 factors were four advantages factors, four disadvantages factors, four chances factors and two risk factors. According to the existed study, the paper established five system variables:the current income, human resources, technology support, capital support, policy support and the market demand. According to the basic principle of flow and flow rate tree model, this paper gave a new defination. the causal relationship tree model, and set up the six system elements into the basic causal relationship tree model. And by using the branch vector calculating method, the article got 86 feedback loops. The principles of analysising the feedback loops were "growth engine" and "policy goal". With the addition of the common characteristics and the unique features of software outsourcing industry of Jiangxi Province, the paper constructed three growth limit base models which were the human resources, technology support and the market demand. At the end of the passage, it gave some policy suggestions.
