Corporate strategy is a series of strategic planning made by an enterprise to gain competitive advantages,meet customer's demands and achieve operational performance.It is a blueprint for an enterprise's future operation.Faced with the increasingly intensified market competition,and to seek the better survival and development and win initiative in competition,Jiangsu Debang Chemical Industry Group must adopt the ideology of strategic management and make feasible competition strategy so as to actively deal with market competition.The paper first puts forward the significance of the strategic research of debang company,the thesis is the idea and the structure of the thesis,and analyzes the possible innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.This paper reviews the relevant theories of strategic research and the tools of research and analysis,including porter's five forces model,PEST analysis model,SWOT analysis model and other analysis tools.The present paper also summarizes and comments on the research status at home and abroad.Enterprise competition strategy must first analyze its environment,through the simple description and analysis of the industry environment,the enterprise will obtain the necessary information to understand the present situation and foresee the future,companies face the challenge of the competition strategy is put forward,establishing corresponding competitive strategy.In this paper,by analyzing the external environment(PEST)soda ash industry and soda ash industry five competitive forces analysis of advantages and disadvantages,the enterprise internal threat analysis,SWOT analysis,soda ash industry competitiveness enterprises will get a lot of the information necessary to understand the current situation and predict the future,and gravels are work of the company's competitive strategy model.By applying the above model analysis,the choice of "management-finance-technology-operation" comprehensive cost leadership strategy mode is the important competitive strategy that debang can create sustainable competitive advantage.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of debang company and its own characteristics,we can determine the overall cost leading strategy mode of "management-finance-technology-operation" of debang company.In order to ensure the realization of the strategic goal of debang company,this paper puts forward a series of measures to deal with the security measures: to expand the export measures aiming at entering South Korea and Taiwan.Pursuing low cost and high quality technical combination;The merger and reorganization of enterprises guided by market economy;Human resources of the "369 plan" combined with cadres,professional technicians and craftsmen;Technological innovation and management innovation;Create "green debang,good faith debang,harmonious debang" enterprise culture and other measures.The comprehensive cost leading strategy mode of "management-finance-technology-operation" of debang company provides a solid foundation for the realization of the vision of the "century-old store" of the German company.
