| Conventional public transport is a core part of the public transport system in megacities.With the continuous accumulation of floating population in the mega cities and the acceleration of the urbanization process,it is showing its important functions in satisfying the commuter demand of urban residents.At the same time,the allocation of public transport resources in the megacities is based on the assumption of "homogeneity" of the road.The new traffic jam is caused by unreasonable traffic stations,which seriously restricts the operation efficiency of urban traffic.How does the bus stop at local stations in Beijing affect local traffic congestion? How to optimize the allocation of public transportation resources and minimize local traffic congestion is a problem that we need to solve.This paper uses basic theory of resource economics and transportation economics,combined with the characteristics of local congestion in Beijing city bus station stop routine form,to explain the causes of Beijing city bus station docked form local congestion.From the two aspects of the planning of bus routes and the setting of bus stops,the influence of local congestion is explained.All of the roads are homogenization which is the hypothesis of the traditional bus route planning.It does not match with the surrounding land development pattern,and makes too many buses in the stations,increasing the traffic pressure of the road stop.The bus station set up effect for local congestion is more important.Comparison of data through investigation,this paper found that the site type and continuous sites occupancy of motorized lanes and the site setting at the intersection will be different Degree of influence on local congestion.In order to clearly describe the bus in site docked a specific influence on the local congestion process,this study used mathematical symbols in the form of quantitative expression of different site types in the bus stop,stop deceleration and acceleration time of site station of road traffic,the image shows the local congestion mechanism under different site types.The speed of the velocity is an important index of road congestion,and the speed of change reflects the influence of the local bus station stop road congestion.Based on the classic American Federal Highway Administration(BRP)models of road resistance function is improved,adding bus stops at sites of this road impedance factors,selecting the relevant variables,defining model structures and parameters,eventually getting to join the road impedance function model of bus stop sites of the impedance factor.The empirical analysis based on the improved model,and selected Beijing city link bus stations.The study found that the conventional bus stops have a great impact on the local road congestion in the site,and different type of site have different effects.The speed of the linear site is reduced by 29,2%,and the speed of the harbour type site is reduced by 12.8%.In addition,the speed of the road section calculated by the improved model is very close to the speed of the qualitative analysis,which proves the effectiveness of the improved model to a certain extent.Finally,according to the speed difference,the value loss of travel time at different stations is calculated.Then,the loss of travel time value of different sites is added to the redesign and selection optimization model.This model is used to select the types of bus stops which are more suitable for different distribution characteristics of people. |
