With the acceleration of urbanization, per capita car ownership is rising. Growingproblem of urban traffic congestion is seriously affected that the city’s rapiddevelopment. Environmental pollution caused by urban traffic congestion, for examplefrequent traffic accidents, noise pollution and other issues is increasing, and its centralarea group is particularly evident.
