| With the development of the world economy,the level of competitive intensity is unprecedented right now,it is imperative to increase investment in innovation.And with the arrival of innovation is a certain probability to be able to transform the scientific and technological achievements,but at the same time corporate risk is inevitable.A lot of high-tech enterprises are faced with the dilemma of this contradiction: In recent years,China has identified building an innovative country as a national development strategy,this is a good news for enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises,they can increase investment in innovation to enhance the overall level of business and competitiveness,creating new social demand and new economic growth areas;But in the meantime,increase investment in innovation will give enterprises a certain degree of corporate risk,one likely reason is internal R & D activities,another possible cause is national policy and macro environment by external.it is necessary to analyze the innovation investment and the risk of enterprise.We introduced the Research and development investment in high-tech enterprise and related Corporate Risk in different theory and content.The Development of Innovation Investment in Hi-tech Enterprises in China firstly.Development situation is summarized from the of High-tech Enterprises,according to the technology innovation,maybe we cannot get the risk;Then analyzes the internal risks and external risks faced by high-tech enterprises,and collects 863 enterprises data of high-tech enterprises in the 5 specific industries.It adopts multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between high-tech innovation investment and corporate risk Indicator relevance.Finally,according to the conclusions of multiple regression analysis,we try to put forward different countermeasures for different type of enterprise risk,and makes a prospect for the innovation investment and the company analysis of high-tech enterprises. |
