With the rapid development of service in the world, the global economicstructure is happening profound change.The service department is occupying leadingPosition in economic activities, and the industrial structure is serving and meltingconstantly. Meanwhile, service has caused the importance of developing countries,because of great advantage in promoting the upgrading of urban functions, enhancingthe competiveness of other industries, creating jobs and so on. Now, concepts ofscientific development and ecological environment have been paid more and moreattention. The important guarantee for China to use its advantage, realize sustainabledevelopment and finish the transfer from modern economics to modern serviceeconomics is the vigorously development of modern service, especially high-techservices.In this paper, factors affecting the development of high-tech service industry as aresearch focus, Studied and discussed, and various sub-sectors of high-tech servicefactors affecting the agglomeration. The main results of research include:Firstly, through comparing the concept of produce services, modern services,knowledge-intensive services, the paper determines the definition and classification ofhigh-tech services.Secondly, Study analyzed the development of China’s high-tech services andagglomeration of status quo. Analyzed using comparative analysis of two censusperiods in my current development of high technology services; by the measure ofindustrial agglomeration indicators of the status quo of China’s high-tech serviceindustry cluster analysis, a detailed analysis of high-tech service industries differencebetween the concentration and the concentration differences between regions.Thirdly, on the basis of the models’ research results agglomerate our high-techservice factor. By building a linear regression model to analyze the combined impactof high-tech service factors; comparative analysis of factors affecting the sub-sector todraw conclusions and make recommendations accordingly.
