| At present,industrial agglomeration has existed as a universal and popular economic development model in the economic development of all parts of the country.The high-tech industry is a kind of knowledge and technology-intensive industries,so its agglomeration development can effectively promote the regional technological innovation ability.Therefore,most regions are looking for and exploring ways and means to promote the development of high-tech industries in the region,The rapid and effective development of high-tech industry agglomeration is conducive to regional technological innovation and regional economic growth.In this paper,we look Xi'an as the research object,and seek its high-tech industry agglomeration' factors which have a significant impact on the regional innovation,and through the role of these factors to enhance the regional technological innovation capability.This paper analyzes the theory of industrial agglomeration and the regional technological innovation and we study it by means of literature research,normative and empirical methods,and explains the effect mechanism that is from industrial agglomeration to regional technological innovation ability.On the basis of theoretical analysis,econometric analysis method is used to describe the development of Xi'an High-tech Zone and the regional innovation of Xi'an.Finally,according to the problems found in the current situation,I'll make reasonable and feasible suggestions about how to promote the regional economic innovation through the effect of industrial agglomeration.Through the empirical research,it is found that the role of environmental support,human capital and knowledge spillovers provided by industrial agglomeration has a very obvious effect on regional technological innovation,but its influence is different.At first,the derivative of the enterprise,that is,the environmental support has the greatest impact on the regional technological innovation.Which is said that the more the enterprise is derived,the stronger the regional innovation ability.The second is the quality of the laborer.The effect of human capital on regional technological innovation is obvious.If there have the more knowledgeable technology and the more sufficient the technology,there will have the stronger the regional innovation ability.Finally,the effect of knowledge spillovers of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation is not particularly obvious.Therefore,I believe that we should continue to expand the number of enterprises in the industrial cluster and the introduction of more highly educated,more knowledge of talents to promote innovation.At the same time,we should also exert the knowledge spillover effect of industrial agglomeration to preferably promote the enhancement of regional technological innovation ability. |
