With the rapid development of the Internet economy,people's living standards gradually increased,people's tourism demand gradually increased.Especially in today's Internet era,online planning and booking travel by more and more people of all ages,online travel consumption gradually lead to a new wave of consumption.At the same time,online travel has gradually emerged a lot of drawbacks.As the homogenization of the product more and more serious,travel service providers to increase direct sales,tourism business through low-cost promotions and other means to compete for market share and other reasons,leading to online travel service supply chain on the basis of the actual business Profit margins are not the corresponding growth,but the whole industry revenue growth rate slowed down.This thesis attempts to establish an effective coordination mechanism to transform the node enterprises in the online travel service supply chain from a single price war to enhance the competitiveness of the whole online travel service supply chain,so as to realize the total value of the enterprises in the supply chain Win,improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain,profit levels.In this thesis,the online travel service supply chain node enterprises were analyzed,for tourism service providers and tourism operators to compete for greater market share and take the price war and other vicious competition,the actual level of performance is not To enhance the status quo,the creative revenue sharing contract will be introduced into the tourism service supply chain.Firstly,the centralized decision model and the decentralized decision model are constructed respectively,and the overall performance level of the online tourism service supply chain is higher under the centralized decision model.Secondly,the introduction of the income sharing contract and the tourism service provider are provided to the lower Wholesale price,tourism electricity business will be a certain proportion of its share to the travel service provider as compensation,to build a revenue sharing contract model,to ensure the overall profit level of the optimal circumstances,the income sharing factor expression;Finally,through the numerical analysis,the validity of the revenue sharing contract model designed to coordinate the online tourism service supply chain is verified.
