Study On Countermeasures For Improving The Real Estate Statistical System Of Tianjin

The real estate industry is a basic and pioneer industry,which is important to China's national economic system.Statistical work of real estate is the foundation for the government departments to grasp and analyze the situation of the real estate market,moreover,to formulate regulated policies.Tianjin is municipality directly under the Central Government.The research on Tianjin's statistical work of real estate is of great theoretical and practical significance.Nearly 40 years of reform and opening,with the continuous deepening of the housing system reform,China's real estate industry is embracing rapid development.The system of real estate statistics is expanding accordingly.However,there are still major defects in the current real estate statistical system which lead to the low statistical efficiency and quality,as well as the waste of statistical resources.Through the analyses of the active real estate statistical system,index system and statistical work process,interviewing the statistics industry practitioners of all levels in Tianjin,this thesis has listed,from multiple angles,the existing problems and drawbacks of the real estate statistical working system of Tianjin which is currently in effect,including the inconsistency of the statistical system,the incomplete of the statistical index,the intervention of the statistical management system,the work overload of the primary-level practitioners,which all result in compromising the statistical efficiency and quality.Accountable thoughts and measures have been taken to construct a new system of real estate statistics,based on qualitative analysis,combined with the current situation of the real estate statistical work of Tianjin,aiming at bringing forward the reform of the system,thus improving the efficiency and quality of the statistical work.From the top-level design and the primary-level reform of the statistical system,the following approaches were drawn up to further improve the real estate statistical work in Tianjin: the management department and the statistics departments of the government need to join forces to further deepen the reform of the statistical system,to unify the real estate statistical policies,to complete the index system,to reduce the workload of the statistical forms,to provide adequate training for the primary-level practitioners,strengthen the statistical law enforcement,to comprehensively process and interpret statistical results,in order to achieve a greater progress.
