China's current market regulation is born out of the planned economy system,which is greatly influenced by the traditional market management mode and the western market supervision and management mode.After the institutional reform in 2014,the market regulation mode has undergone new changes,and new problems have been encountered.This paper traces the origin,from the market China ancient market regulation,the contemporary western market regulation theory,taking the HY District of market supervision and Management Bureau as an example,the current level of market supervision and management mode are analyzed,revealing the existing regulatory model of the problem,then,using process reengineering theory.The practical application of this model in a market supervision bureau has been carried out,and a certain effect has been achieved.Combined with history,theory and practice,the article discusses the problems of the mode and mechanism of the supervision of the grass-roots market and puts forward the solutions.Considering the reform and improvement of our country's grassroots market regulation,it is necessary to reengineering the existing market supervision system from top to bottom,so as to improve the efficiency of market regulation and serve for the socialist market economy system better.
