But a new upscale hotel continuously emerging and the recent ten years in fast, health, limited service hotels at a low price rise, and in recent years the rise of all kinds of personalized style hotel, make the mid-range star hotel serious impact on the market; Especially after the end of 12 "country eight" official consumption retirement, traditional mid-range star hotel on business matters; High-end hotels in the fierce market competition through price adjustment, repositioning grab middle-grade hotel tourist market, the lower part of the budget hotel through personalized transformation from mid-range hotel market, the rapid development of the new home stay facility formats such as hotel shunt the result in a significant number of mid-range hotel patrons.Traditional mid-range star hotel facing up, down, internal and external bull attack, the overall market shrink under the condition of survival is particularly difficult. In order to make our country a mid-range star hotel development to improve quality, make our country a mid-range star hotel to enhance vitality and competitiveness, in this paper, the management mode of the Middle-level hotel in our country nowadays with today’s production enterprises in the industry and the theoretical value of the process reengineering, the combination of the first expounds the domestic hotel mid-range significance of the implementation of process reengineering, and then in view of the domestic hotel mid-range encountered in the development of high-grade hotel prices, cheap hotel service quality improvement, type hotel rise three aspects of driving force analysis, demonstrates the domestic mid-range star hotel to carry on the necessity and urgency of the process reengineering, then use the production of business process reengineering theory research and practice process of traditional organic into the midrange star hotel operation and management, detailed analysis of the domestic mid-range star hotel for various elements of process reengineering.At the end of the paper applies the method of empirical analysis, at the port of Ningbo Beilun Teckon hotel as an example, the empirical analysis on the background of the implementation of process reengineering, the change of development strategy, enterprise culture propaganda and organization structure of reset follow the principle of customer oriented, the original production optimization operation of the elements in the process, to rebuild its production operation mode, to promote the hotel successful implementation process reengineering.
