Research On The Influence Of Dual Innovation Synergy On The Financial Performance Of High-tech Enterprises In Jiangsu Province

In order to be able to survive and develop better today,with the ever-changing science and technology,the ever-changing market demand,and the ever-increasing competition among peers,high-tech enterprises must carry out both progressive and radical innovations at the same time and effectively,that is,implement the dual innovation effectively.From the innovation practice of domestic and foreign enterprises can be seen that the implementation of the dual innovation will have an important impact on corporate financial performance.Although domestic and foreign scholars have already made many research achievements in the study of the impact of dual innovation on corporate financial performance.However,so far,there are few literature study dual innovation synergy to corporate finance performance from theoretical and empirical aspects.In view of this,this paper is based on the previous research results,and set high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province as a sample,make a study of this issue with the theoretical analysis and empirical research.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper combs the concepts of dual innovation,balance,complementarity and synergy of dual innovation,and analyzes the influence mechanism of dual innovation balance,complementarity and synergy on the financial performance of high-tech enterprises,and then put forward the relevant hypothesis model,and through the questionnaire and statistical analysis,test the reliability and validity.In addition,through the collection of a sufficient number of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province,the innovative data,the use of statistical methods to complete the empirical hypothesis of the above verification,and test the necessary theoretical analysis.The empirical results show that the balance,complementarity and synergy of dual innovation have positive effects on the financial performance of high-tech enterprises.Finally,based on the conclusion of the study,three pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province are selected to analyze the relationship between the synergy of dual innovation and the financial performance,and then the enterprise managers can achieve better financial performance by the innovative decision-making and action recommendations.This study introduces the concept of dual innovation synergy into the financial performance of high-tech enterprises.It not only expands the scope of dual innovation theory,but also combines with the actual situation of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province,it is of some practical value and guiding significance.
