With the development of China's information technology and E-commerce system,the business volume and turnover showed a rapid growth trend.However,it also brings a lot of return goods,reduce the profit margins of enterprises,so the reverse logistics in the B2 C E-commerce environment has gradually become hot point.Compared with the developed countries,there are a lot of problems in China's B2 C E-commerce reverse logistics,such as reaction slower,high logistics costs,low customer satisfaction,and so on.The technical level and management level of logistics system still need to be improved,the application of high and new technology in the whole process of logistics service has yet to be popularized.According to the research,there are three kinds of reverse logistics operation modes in China's B2 C e-commerce enterprises,including the self operated mode,the third party logistics mode,and the logistics alliance mode.Select the appropriate method to evaluate all kinds of operating mode through establishing evaluation index system.Help B2 C electricity supplier companies in accordance with the situation and their own needs to choose the right business model,reduce the cost of reverse logistics,thereby stimulating the development of the industry as a whole.In this paper,the research on the selection of B2 C e-commerce enterprises' s reverse logistics operation mode of is carried out.The main work is as follows.First,summarizes the current situation of reverse logistics operation of e-commerce enterprises in China,and analyzes the characteristics of the three commonly used operating modes,and carries on the case analysis;second,comparing all kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods,choose the appropriate method according to the characteristics of the research,and pull the cloud model and the corresponding theory in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,using the cloud model scale to calculate the weight matrix and using the membership degree of the cloud to calculate fuzzy relation matrix,make it more adaptable to the fuzziness and complexity of research projects;third,analyzes the factors that influence the selection of the operation mode of reverse logistics,select the appropriate factors to establish multi-level index systemaccording to the primary and secondary relations,then point out the connotation and calculation method of each index.Fourth,evaluate the three kinds of operation mode according to the procedure,summarize the evaluation results,display the three kinds of operation modes and the five kinds of comments in the same coordinate range respectively,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the operation mode according to the position information of cloud image.In order to obtain the data,choose Jingdong mall as the example to analysis,get the corresponding data of the index system,and find out the industry standard of the corresponding index through the investigation on the basic situation of the Jingdong,then set the relevant rules for the determination of the index levels.Design questionnaire to evaluate the index weight and some indexes,comprehensive evaluation of the three business models using the Matlab programming according to the basic data and the standard and procedure.Compared the Index weight Scaled with Cloud Mode with the results of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which proves the feasibility and reliability of the method.Finally,show the simulation results,in addition to the analysis of the corresponding cloud,but also on the various operations of the index weight of the statistical analysis,draw the corresponding conclusions.
