Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Intelligent System For Residential Districts

In recent years,with the development of Internet of Things information technology and urbanization process to speed up,people concern about how to set a reasonable connection of identify.management,track and locate with intelligent system of residential areas.The intelligent level of residential district is a capacity to meet the user's needs,which is abstract and can't be observed directly.At present,many intelligent systems have been applied in city residential areas,but the level of intelligent residential district varies greatly,this will affect the satisfaction of consumer demands and their confidence of intelligent functions to a large extent.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of residential district intelligent system.However,the evaluation of intelligent system in residential district is a complex system involving many factors,there is no uniform standard.Under this background,this paper attempts to study and establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of residential district intelligent system and find out a reasonable evaluation method.Firstly,thesis summarizes the definition,development and research results of intelligent residential district,and then introduces its current development in China.According to the principle of evaluation index system,from the following aspects: the function,the technical condition and the economic condition,this paper selects 18 indexes and establishes the evaluation index system.Thirdly,determine the index weight of the evaluation index system by AHP,adopting punishment variable weight method to construct a comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,using this model to make empirical analysis on three districts.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of Sen-Lin distract is higher than Qiushi-yuan and Taohua Island District.This conclusion is consistent with the actual situation,the method of the design and the evaluation of index system in this research is scientific and reasonable.The innovation of this thesis is :(1)Using the punishment variable weight method to analyze the weight,in other words,the weight will follow the changes of the indexes,as long as there is a single factor value is less than the basic standard,it will cause the overall evaluation score decreased;(2)Based on the AHP method,combined with the punishment variable weight method,establishing an new evaluation index system of intelligent system for residential districts which can reflectthe real state of intelligent districts more accurately and objectively.
