With the development of modern enterprise internal control,the overall risk management system is playing a more and more important role in ensuring the continuous development of enterprises,promoting the a comprehensive legal system construction,enhancing the ability of risk control and management,and ehancing the level of risk prevention.The Chinese enterprises is under the new normal state of economic slowdown and structural transformation now,changes in the internal and external situation brings great challenge and pressure for the development of enterprises.So the continuous optimization of enterprise risk prevention and control system is essential and key to continuously improve the level of enterprise management?Since 2010,in the background of National Power Grid Corp actively promoting the overall risk management system construction,Gansu Power Company as a goal of building the“real-timeresponseand control collaborative” first-class grid risk control system.Company executivesand staff attaches great importance and actively participate,realized the establishment and operation design of risk management system,and achieved remarkable results according to the overall risk management scheme of National Power Grid Corp.This paper according to the theory of risk management and internal control,and the application of literature research,investigation,case analysis and other research methods,by expounding the establishment of Gansu Power Company overall risk management committee,risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,risk management evaluation and implementation of assessment mechanism,the operation working mechanism of risk control supervision,implementation of internal control evaluation mechanism and risk management information system construction,affirm the success in risk management work.At the same time,summed up the existing risk management process compliance,management model and risk assessment problems and makes a concrete analysis of the causes.Through analysis and research on the above problems,put forward improvement ideas of GansuPower Company,to establish innovation mechanism of “A whole,two core and three safeguards” as optimization scheme.Put forward improvement proposal in the light of collaborative work mechanism,risk monitoring mechanism,risk management guarantee mechanism,and risk assessment mechanism,set up an implementation plan and improvement measures to ensure the significantly improvement in improving the level of overall risk management.This paper has important practical significance to optimization the overall risk management system of GansuPower Company,enhance risk control foresight ability,achieve the goal of riskmanagement from "compliance" to "compliance and efficiency",promote the ability to create value,and it has a reference to the other power enterprise overall risk management system.
