Benefit Analysis And Development Countermeasure Of Modern Agricultural Park In Handan

The modernagricultural park is an important carrier for realizing agricultural modernization,a breakthrough for transforming the traditional agricultural development mode,and an effective platform for promoting the development of agricultural high-tech.Therefore,it has also become the mainstream for promoting agricultural development in the 21 st century.The construction of a modern agricultural park is an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants.It can promote the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure,stimulate the growth of the rural economy,promote the increase of farmers' income,and continuously bring people's lives to a comfortable level.In order to improve the economic,social,ecological and management levels of the modern agricultural park in Handan City,this survey was carried out.Through questionnaires,field research methods,comparative analysis methods and other methods,this paper consults the relevant materials and literatures of modern agricultural park development,and analyzes the development background,current situation,definition,types and models of modern agricultural parks at home and abroad.Based on the development status of the modern agricultural park in Handan City,the survey visited various types of parks in Handan City,selected six different business entities in Bengbu City and the parks based on planting,and analyzed its economic,social and ecological benefits.The development of the profit and loss situation and problems in the development,thinking about the development process of the urban area,make recommendations,and draw the following conclusions.1.The modern agricultural park in Handan City started late but developed rapidly.At present,the construction of the park is driving on the fast lane;the total number of parks is increasing year by year,the location advantage of development is significant,and the resources are abundant,which has driven the employment of neighboring farmers,and the income of farmers has increased significantly.Relatively chaotic,individual park planning is uniform;the number of enterprises in the park is increasing,and the support of science and technology is guaranteed;the number of brands is increasing,but the lack of featured brands,the influence of regional brands is not enough;the government policy support is strong,but the funds are insufficient.2.From the analysis of six parks with different business entity development models,the cost of land resources is fully utilized in the park cost,and the labor cost of the park is reasonably arranged to effectively reduce the production cost;the production and quality of the leading industries are improved,and the market price of agricultural products is relatively increased.The increase in the amount of profits will increase the economic efficiency of the park.3.The lack of funds for the development of the modern agricultural park in Handan City,the lack of follow-up construction strength of the park,imperfect infrastructure and poor management are the main reasons for the unsatisfactory economic benefits of the park.4.A solution to the problems existing in the park was proposed.Smooth financing channels,increase capital investment,improve infrastructure,strengthen scientific and technological support,build regional characteristic brands,improve land transfer methods,and strengthen enterprise agglomeration.With the direction of modern urban agriculture and characteristic high-efficiency agriculture,we will vigorously develop scientific and technological agriculture,green agriculture,brand agriculture,and quality agriculture,and strive to improve agricultural quality and competitiveness.
