Study On The Development Strategy Of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the promotion of agricultural modernization,the vigorous development of new agricultural business entities,and the promotion of the organic link between small farmers and modern agriculture.As the main carrier of driving small farmers to develop modern agriculture,modern agricultural parks play an important role in promoting agricultural and rural modernization,achieving agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income.Under the background of implementing the structural reform of agricultural supply side and promoting the development of modern agriculture,Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park came into being.After the establishment of the park,it has achieved remarkable results in leading small farmers to develop modern agriculture and promoting the process of agricultural modernization.However,there are still many constraints in its development process.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the problems existing in the development of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park comprehensively and concretely and find out the main factors affecting the development of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park.Based on the theory of agricultural location,technological innovation,industrial cluster and stakeholder,this paper takes Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and factor analysis,and through the analysis of the development status of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park,finds that it has the shortage of high-end talents,insufficient technological innovation and brand influence.Weak power,single financing channel,imperfect government functions and poor farmers' contract consciousness.At the same time,the main factors affecting the development of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park are quantitatively analyzed by factor analysis method.It is concluded that the factors affecting the development of Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park are as follows: park management and organizational factors,technical factors,market factors,government and Management Committee factors and security factors.On this basis,from the perspective of the park,the government and farmers,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as fully enhancing the leading role of the park,improving the mechanism of talent introduction,strengthening technology research and development and radiation,increasing brand publicity,giving full play to government functions,increasing the support of government policies and funds,enhancing farmers' contract awareness,innovating legal publicity forms,and establishing reward system.The innovation of this paper: This paper takes Fuxing Modern Agricultural Park as the research object,and based on the perspective of stakeholders,analyzes its "six in one,eight in one" operation mode,which is an innovation in the perspective.As a provincial modern agricultural park in Hebei Province,in view of its existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote its healthy and stable development,which has important reference significance for the development of other parks.
