Study On The Problem Of "Hollowing Out" In The Countryside Of Hujia Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress report states: "The problem of rural farmers in agriculture is fundamental to the national economy and people's livelihood.We should give priority to agricultural and rural development,and strengthen and improve the basic management system in rural areas.Improving the institutional mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,putting forward a sound system of rural governance that combines autonomy,rule of law and rule of law,and strengthening the construction of democracy and the rule of law at the grass-roots level under the rule of law are the major challenges of rural transformation in the new era.The strategy for rural revitalization and development began to be fully deployed at the 2018 meetings,and the General Secretary clearly put forward the important scientific arguments of "five revitalization" in rural industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization.Under the background of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China,the countryside has started to enter the transition stage,but the continuous acceleration of the urban development process makes the rural traditional agriculture gradually weaken,and the problem of the rural gradually emptying and marginalizing has arisen.Among them,the problem of "hollowing out" in rural areas has become the main problem in the process of rural renewal and governance in the new period.Therefore,based on the research literature,this paper combs the concept of rural "hollowing out" " from the geographical and economic sense,and expounds the negative effects,causes and countermeasures of rural " hollowing out "" based on the relevant basic theories.Analyze the current situation of rural hollowing in Hujia town from the aspects of age structure,labor resource flow and land use.This paper analyzes its causes from the aspects of institutional factors,economic and social factors,environment and basic living facilities,push-pull factors,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the "hollowing out" of rural population,the "hollowing out" of village space,the "hollowing out" of rural industry,the "hollowing out" of rural science and technology and the "hollowing out" of rural social services.
