Evaluation Of Rural Holout And Governance Path In Dingzhou City Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,a large number of rural young and middle-aged labor force has begun to flow into the cities,the permanent population of rural areas has declined,the brain drain,problems such as idle homesteads,cultivated land and lack of social and cultural service facilities have emerged,and the phenomenon of "hollowing" has emerged in the rural areas in the process of industrialization and urbanization.The phenomenon of rural "hollowing-out" such as the decline of rural labor,the neglect of agriculture as a primary industry,and the lack of motivation for rural development has seriously hindered the sustainable development of rural areas.How to effectively deal with the problem of hollowing out rural areas is the top priority of national economic development.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the active rural hollowing out governance path is of great significance to achieving sustainable rural development and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Through the survey data of the administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Dingzhou City,combined with relevant literature,this thesis studies the current situation of rural hollowing,establishes an evaluation index system for rural hollowing,and evaluates the current situation of rural hollowing in Dingzhou City,and finds that the hollowing out of rural areas in Dingzhou City is mainly manifested as population hollowing,industrial hollowing,land hollowing,infrastructure hollowing and cultural hollowing.This thesis uses push-pull theory and urban-rural dual structure system to analyze the causes of rural hollowing out in Dingzhou City.First,the rural industrial structure is single,the income gap between urban and rural areas is large,and the gap between urban and rural infrastructure is large;second,the different household registration systems,land systems,and social security systems in urban and rural areas have caused the outflow of rural population,idle land,and serious hollowing out of rural areas.In view of the current situation of rural hollowing out in Dingzhou City,by analyzing the causes of its occurrence,the path of rural hollowing in Dingzhou City is explored: first,adjust the industrial structure and promote the coordinated development of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries;second,improve rural infrastructure;The third is to formulate policies to attract talents to return to their hometowns;Fourth,deepen institutional reform;Fifth,strengthen the construction of rural culture.The research results of this thesis are conducive to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of rural areas.
